Watermedia Exhibition

Annual National Juried Competition 

The Society's premier competition is held annually and has entries from nearly every state in the nation. It offers awards totaling thousands of dollars. An Awards Banquet, Gallery Talk, Opening Reception and a Workshop are held in conjunction with the Watermedia Exhibit.

The Member's Annual Meeting is held following the opening of the Watermedia Exhibit each year.

Workshops are held in conjunction with Watermedia and the Members Show each year along with some online workshop opportunities.

Members Show 

This annual non-juried show is open to all MTWS members in good standing, and offers 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places along with six honorable mentions and a people's choice award. It gives members the chance to display their work and draws viewers from around the state. A workshop is held in conjunction with the show, along with a banquet. The show typically happens in the Spring, and the venue varies from year to year.
